Mrs. Nina E. Conger

 

(April 1, 1901-July 14, 1971)

 

Norwood--Mrs. Nina E. Conger, 70, wife of Ora Conger, Weedsport, and a native of Stockholm died July 14, 1971 at the Auburn Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient four days. She had been in failing health for sometime.

Funeral services were held from the Buck Funeral Home, Norwood Saturday afternoon with Rev. M. Russell Lee, pastor of the first United Methodist Church, Norwood, officiating.

Surviving are her husband, three sons, Harold, California; Paul, Idaho, and Philip, Edna; two brothers, Leonard Crump, West Stockholm, and Paul Crump, Cranberry Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Pauline Rebar, Star Lake and Mrs. Reba Knight, Long Island, ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Mrs. Conger was born in Stockholm April 1, 1901 a daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Charles Crump. She was married to Ora Conger there in 1923 and the couple resided in the area before moving to Hermon. For the past twenty years they have lived in Weedsport where they conducted an antique business.
