Campbell Rites Held Saturday

 

(October 21, 1889-April 12, 1961)

 

Norwood--Mrs. Flora Maude Campbell, 71, died Wednesday evening, Apr. 12, 1961, at 11:20 p.m., at her home in Norwood. She had been very ill about four months.

The body was removed to the Buck Funeral Home where friends called. Services were conducted there at 10 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. Frank Smith, pastor of First Methodist Church. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Norwood.

She is survived by her husband, Chester Campbell; three sons, Harold, Norwood, Kenneth, Malone and Donald, Norwood; a daughter, Mrs. Arneulia Dishaw, Syracuse; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Campbell was born in Norwood Oct. 21, 1889, to John and Ann Wheeler Mosher. She married Chester Campbell in 1906 in West Stockholm. They had made their home in Norwood for most of their married life. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Norwood.
