NORWOOD--Funeral services for Lydia Boyea, 59, of the Norwood-Potsdam Road, were held yesterday at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood, with Rev. Betsy Mowry officiating. Spring burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Norwood.
Mrs. Boyea died Sunday afternoon (Jan. 10, 1982) at the Canton-Potsdam Hospital, where she had been a patient since Dec. 24.
Surviving are her husband, James; two sons, Edward of Russell and John of Potsdam; four daughters, Mrs. Daryl (Patricia) Martin of Norfolk, Mrs. Beverly Ashley of Madrid, Mrs. Eugene (Linda) Ford of Madrid, and Mrs. Bart (Barbara) Zagame of Lake Carmel, N.Y.; three brothers, Flurence LaPage of Massena, Stewart LaPage of Norwood, and Terry LaPage of Hannibal, N.Y. ; and 14 grandchildren.
Mrs. Boyea was born in Brandon, N.Y. on Dec. 30, 1922, daughter of George and Clarissa (Chapman) LaPage. She married James Boyea on Jan. 21, 1945. The couple resided in the Madrid and Norwood areas.
