NORWOOD--Leon W. Austin, 77, former Norwood resident, died June 4, 1967 at the Shore Acres Nursing Home, St. Petersburg, Fla. Following a long illness.

Funeral services were held at the Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, St. Petersburg. Burial will be in the family plot at the Riverside Cemetery, Norwood. A family memorial service will be held in Norwood.

Mr. Austin was born in Norwood June 20, 1890, a son of Walter S. and Gertrude Wilber Austin.

Surviving are his sister, Mrs. Leon (Lucille) McCargar, Norwood and one brother, Harry Austin, Kenmore, N.Y.
