MISS HANNAH QUINN EXPIRES

Norwood, May 21 - Miss Hannah Quinn, 71, life long resident of this section, died at the home of her brother, William Quinn, one mile from this village, at 3:30 this morning following an illness of five days. she had been ill with pneumonia five days and a heart condition resulted which caused her death.

 

She was born in Norwood on March 1, 1865, daughter of Cornelius and Mary Smith Quinn, and always resided in this vicinity where her brother, William, operated a farm. She kept house for him.

 

The survivors are her brother, William, and one niece, Mrs. Leo Devine of Watertown. Four brothers are dead. Among them were the late Cornelius Quinn of Watertown, al railroad engineer, and the late Bernard Quinn, Norwood, a railroad engineer who ran to Watertown.

 

The funeral will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. from St. Andrew's Catholic church here, Rev. James E. Joy, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Norfolk cemetery.
