NORWOOD--Funeral services for Frances T. Gravlin, 66, 2 Spring St., Norwood, will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Andrews Church in Norwood with Rev. Msgr. George Phillips officiating. Burial will be in St. Marys Cemetery in Potsdam.
Calling hours were held today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Buck Funeral Home in Norwood.
Mrs. Gravlin died today (Oct. 8, 1986) at Canton-Potsdam Hospital where she was admitted on Tuesday; she had been in failing health for the past two years.
Surviving are her husband, Raymond of Canton; four sons, James of Massena, Raymond of Norfolk, Stephen of Ogdensburg and Thomas of Norwood; two daughters, Mrs. Paul (Tracy) Phelix and Miss Nancy Gravlin, both of Norwood; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was born in Belmont, N.Y. on Jan. 24, 1920, daughter of James Dunn and Gertrude Lagacy Dunn. At one time she was employed at the State University College at Potsdam. On Aug. 10, 1931, she was married to Raymond Gravlin in Notre Dame Church in Malone. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Gravlin was a member of St. Andrews Church in Norwood.
